Logistics & groupage, the sourcing process at theGreex.

Step 08 of 9

Logistics & groupage

Consolidation is the single biggest reason our buyers can build differentiated Greek ranges without hitting each producer's individual MOQ wall.

How groupage works

We collect from multiple Greek producers, consolidate at a central warehouse, and load a single container against a single set of documents. Your order can combine olive oil, cheese, antipasti and delicacies without needing pallet-level MOQs from every producer separately.

Cold-chain and ambient

For yoghurt, feta, fresh dairy and other temperature-sensitive lines, we coordinate cold-chain logistics with vetted freight partners. Ambient lines ship on the same container where compatible or on separate lanes when required.

Incoterms we work with

EXW, FCA, FOB or CIF, whichever fits your internal freight setup. We are transparent about what each Incoterm actually shifts, so there are no surprises on landed cost.

Sourcing something specific?

The full process is above, but every project starts with a real conversation.
