We are a sourcing partner, not an anonymous intermediary.
Batch and lot control
Every batch we ship carries producer coding that maps to internal quality records: ingredients, production date, packaging line, and the CoA covering that batch. If something needs to be investigated, we can trace it in hours, not days.
PDO, PGI and organic origin
For protected-designation products, we retain and forward the certifying body's paperwork with each shipment, and only source from producers who can pass a genuine audit trail.
