Quality control, the sourcing process at theGreex.

Step 03 of 9

Quality control

Quality control is not one step, it is a workstream that runs from sample to shipment. Its purpose is simple: no surprises when your container is opened.

Sample & tasting phase

We ship samples with the exact packaging, coding and specifications intended for production. Feedback loops are structured, so producer adjustments happen once, correctly, rather than in an unending back-and-forth.

Documentation

For every SKU: product specification sheet, nutritional data, allergen declaration, ingredient list in the required languages, CoA for each production batch, PDO/PGI/organic certificates where relevant, and food-safety certifications.

Pre-shipment checks

Batch codes, best-before dates, packaging integrity and label compliance are verified before loading, not after arrival. Documentation travels with the goods, digitally on day one and physically with the shipment.

Sourcing something specific?

The full process is above, but every project starts with a real conversation.
